HOW TO GET STARTED WITH GITHUB(OPEN SOURCE)?
Hey Everyone! I’m back with the new article about GitHub, I’ll tell you how to use GitHub from the basics:)

What is Github & How to use it?
Github is an open-source platform where you could host your code and everyone could work together on projects from anywhere!
Step 1: How to Create your repository?
Let me tell you:) First, you’ve to sign up with your account, if you have done that already then go ahead & log in to get started with GitHub.
once you have logged in, you could see an image as below!
I’ve already created an account with my GitHub profile and also I made 21 repositories so far!
How to upload your own code?
Click on the repositories icon on the top and hit New(Green file)
After clicking the new icon, you will be able to see the new page like the ones below:) Where you’ve to give your project name & make sure to select the public option so that everyone could be able to visit your code or project!
Done with your repository name? Okay then,choose Add a README file option & hit create repository:)
Then you’ll get into the page like the below one, Where you have to click Add file then select the dropdown option as Upload files.
Where you could upload your code by dragging your files or simply select the option Choose your files! Then click commit changes :)
HOW TO GIVE DESCRIPTION?
You should give a description of your project, for this click on the settings icon near the About flow, then give a description of your project, website, and many more.Then your Readme file will be more responsive!
